The 2025 World Cold Chain Symposium was held in Nairobi, Kenya, on Nov. 1, 2025. This is a global conference organized by The Global Food Cold Chain Council (GFCCC) in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and sponsored by Carrier.

The Symposium included a diverse set of speakers from the private sector, government, international organizations, academia and non-profit organizations. This group, which represents more than 90 countries, shared perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in the expansion of the sustainable food cold chain.
