Richard has 15 years experience on the energy transition. Currently, he leads WWF's global energy efficiency work, based in Cambodia. Previously, he managed energy access engagements for ENEA Consulting, before that ran an energy access start-up in Kenya, Microenergy Credits, and spent 3 years with the United Nations Environment Programme. He has a Masters degree in Modern Chinese studies and Economics from the Universities of Oxford and Warwick.
