Jeanne de Crepy is the Project Manager of the Transport Training Centre (TTC) in Accra, Ghana, which is a training centre in Accra, Ghana, led by the World Food Programme in collaboration with Carrier Refrigeration, Renault Trucks, Toyota Tsusho Corporation and the Government of Japan. The centre is injecting new expertise into transport markets in Africa, equipping them to deliver life-saving goods such as food and medicine more efficiently throughout the East and West Africa regions.

Based in the WFP headquarters in Rome, Italy, Jeanne is building multi-year agreements with private sector actors while developing partnership proposals with new partners to support the TTC initiative. She holds a master’s degree in European Law from the University of Pantheon-Assas Paris II, in France.

Prior to her current role, Jeanne developed her expertise in regional logistics emergency preparedness and capacity strengthening in Bangkok within the Global Logistics Cluster covering the Asia-Pacific region, working closely with National Disaster Management Organizations in Nepal, Laos and Philippines.

Jeanne began her work in the humanitarian sector by building government and private partnerships, enhancing donor visibility and conducting fundraising activities in France and Armenia. In 2019, she expanded her experience in emergency operations by deploying to Mozambique at the onset of Idai and Kenneth tropical cyclones. Her main functions included leading the coordination with partners in Beira and coordinating the air operations for the national vaccination campaign with the Ministry of Health, UNICEF and WHO.
