Ms. Nguyen Dang Thu Cuc is the National Ozone Coordinator of Viet Nam under the Department of Climate Change, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, acting as the focal point for implementation of the Montreal Protocol in Viet Nam. Her work involves in the development of policies, legal documents and promoting cooperation among agencies, stakeholders to support implementation of the Montreal Protocol as well as other initiatives relating to ozone-depleting substances and controlled greenhouse gas. She is Deputy Director of the HPMP phase II project of Viet Nam since 2019.
