Bas Hetterscheid is program manager cold chains at the number #1 agricultural university, called Wageningen University & Research (Netherlands). Together with his team, he is leading development projects and research into business models, policy and financing mechanisms. The team is the leading advisor to the ESMAP Clean and efficient cooling team of the World Bank, strategic partner in the African Center of Sustainable cooling and cold chain (ACES) and the Cool Move Initiative.
