Andrea’s experience in the HVACR industry spans over two decades. In 2021, she joined Danfoss Climate Solutions as Head of Global Public Affairs and Member of the Strategy & Sustainability Team. Danfoss is a global technology leader engineering solutions that improve productivity, boost energy efficiency and enable decarbonisation to accelerate the green transition. Prior to Danfoss, for the past 12 years, she was leading the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE), a major Brussels based industry association advocating for sustainable heating and cooling technologies at EU and at global level. Previous assignments included international roles in sales, marketing and communication. Andrea is a Board Member of the UN hosted alliances the Cool Coalition, GlobalABC , the Global Panel On Access to Cooling (SE4ALL) as well as of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) and of the European Alliance of Companies for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (EuroACE). She holds degrees in public administration (MPA), applied linguistic science (MA) and marketing (CIM).
